DASA takes the protection of your personal data very seriously.

We would like to inform you about when we collect what data and how we use such data.
We have taken the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure that the data protection regulations are complied with by both us and our external service providers.

Accessing the internet offering of DASA

Every time you access this website, data about this process is automatically stored in a log file. Such data is processed for statistical purposes and in anonymised form only, this means that they cannot be traced back to you personally. A comparison with other existing data or a disclosure to third parties, even of just extracts of the data, does not take place.
The following data in particular is stored on our own servers in Germany for a period of 3 months and is then deleted automatically:

Newsletter

We send out our newsletter using "Newsletter2Go". The provider is Newsletter2GO GmbH, Nürnberger Straße 8, 10787 Berlin, which is certified by TÜV-Rheinland as a "Dienstleister mit geprüftem Datenschutzmanagement" ["Service provider with a certified privacy management system"]. The personal data you provide in the newsletter registration form is transmitted to Newsletter2Go GmbH and saved on the servers of Newsletter2Go GmbH in Germany.
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of the data provided in the newsletter registration form at any time, either by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by writing to us at the e-mail address stated below.
We shall not disclose data that is saved following access to the DASA website to third parties unless we are required to do so by law or by a court order, or if disclosure is necessary for the purposes of investigation or criminal prosecution in the event of attacks on our internet infrastructure. Visiting the website (server logs)

Every visit to our website is recorded in a log file to ensure data security. The following data is stored for a maximum of 24 hours:

- Date and time of access
- Amount of data transferred
- Notification of whether the retrieval was successful
- IP address of the user or provider
- Internet address of the previous page (referrer)
- Details of the program retrieving the data (user agent)

It is not possible for the DASA to make a direct link from the IP address to your person and this is excluded.
