First aid equipment is available throughout the building. In case of an emergency, please speak to a member of staff straight away.
EnBW charging station for electric vehicles
There is a public charging station for electric cars and 2-wheelers (e-bikes, pedelecs...) with a type 2 plug and a three-pin plug on Friedrich-Henkel-Weg directly opposite DASA.
The easy way to explore DASA: The cards lead to 13 special areas and explain them in an easy-to-understand way. Photos and illustrations help visitors to understand and find the different areas. You can pick up a set of cards at the ticket counter for free.
Family puzzle hunt
For people that love scavenger hunts and puzzles, the family-friendly "Discover DASA" puzzle hunt is available at the counter free of charge.
Film & photo
We permit photography and filming for private purposes, provided that you comply with the personal rights of the photographed individuals. It goes without saying that you should not damage any of our exhibits.
Food and drink
A simple menu and dishes that change each day are available in our restaurant at reasonable prices. We also offer snacks and cakes for you to enjoy during your coffee break.
Children's building site
The children's building site gives children aged 5 years and over a chance to play while learning about work processes in the construction industry. Here they will also learn about the importance of equipment like work gloves and safety helmets while playing.
Take a break and enjoy your snacks in our designated picnic area near the entrance hall.
We stand for health and safety and the same applies to our fantastic interactive exhibits. Whether it’s an industrial robot, electron microscope or printing machine: There are many things for you to look at and try out for yourself. Certain exhibits require a demonstration from a member of our team or are subject to age and height restrictions. Please follow the instructions provided by our staff.
Lockers / Cloakroom
There are coin lockers are available in the entrance area. Your money will be returned after use.
Due to long lasting construction works the shop is closed .
Folding chairs are available for visitors to borrow so that their visit to DASA is a comfortable one. We also have a wheelchair available to borrow.
Free WiFi is available throughout the exhibition. Login to “DASA internet” with your mobile device. A password is not required, and you can start surfing at high speed straight away!
Our guides provide interesting explanations of production processes and operating methods and they perform daily demonstrations of our machines and exhibits. Information about the times and contents of the demonstrations is provided here and at the ticket counter.
